Cancellation Policy

CONSULTATION APPOINTMENTS: If you must cancel your appointment, you must do so within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment and you can reschedule. If you miss the rescheduled appointment, no refund will be given and you will have to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit. MASTERCLASS: You must cancel your masterclass sessions 24 hours PRIOR to the first session. You will automatically be added to the next upcoming masterclass with an opening. If you do not cancel your masterclass 24 hours prior to the first session, no refund will be given.
